Kansas City Royals
Cleveland Indians?

Well, I haven't been everywhere, I've only been to 12 states (not bad, but would like to improve on that).  The list above is a list of teams journeyman pitcher Bruce Chen has played for.  The Indians isn't official yet, he is scheduled to pitch for them tonight.  If he wins he'll have the most wins by a Panamanian pitcher passing Mariano Riviera.  He has also pitched for almost 20 minor league teams, including this year for the Columbus Clippers.

The team he spent the most time with in the majors was Kansas City.  He was a fan favorite, and I'd assume everybody here still likes him (unless he was pitching against us).  He's not, he's pitching against the Twins, so GIVE THEM HELL CHEN!

The reason I bring this all up isn't because I've been light on posts lately.  Sorry about that, I've been a bit busy.  I recently won some cards on Listia pretty cheap, and all of them were of Bruce Chen.  None were Royals, but I think it was under 500 credits, so I bid.  Here's the results.

I will be quite honest, I never heard of Bruce Chen until he came to Kansas City. However, I am glad I have some of his older cards now.  I always liked the Tradition set, so this card was a big selling point to me.  Next to it is a 1999 Just card, which when combined, these two cards are worth what I won them for.  He looked so young.  I had a few of those Just cards, I wouldn't mind seeing a few more one day.

I never seen the Triple Crown card before.  I kinda like it.  I little heavy on the writing on the front, but it still works.  The right is a Victory set I never collected.  I'm not against it but it wouldn't be one of my favorite designs they made.  Looking at these cards and Chen really liked pitching in the NL East.  I wouldn't be surprised if he made a stop in Miami before he hangs them up.

All 6 cards are from NL East teams, so if might look for a few of him on other teams in the future.  These two cards are nice, though the Victory card I like less then the one posted before.  I do like the Upper Deck card though, as I really liked it at the time it was released.

I wish Bruce Chen luck tonight, I hope he goes 6+ innings and either gets the win, or more preferably the no-decision, as I hope the Indians lose (but hope Chen has a good outing).  It would have been nice to see him face off against Kansas City on Thursday, but I'm glad he at least gets another shot in the majors.

Speaking of Thursday, I went to the Royals game.  I will talk about it in the next day and/or two.  A long day, and I'm just now starting to piece it all together.  For now, here is a sneak peek, one of the pictures from all the excitement.

Wallet card meets the man on the plaque!  I'll talk about it later, as for now, I hope everyone has a great day, and thanks so much for reading.

    1. after his rough game last night, he'll likely head to a few more this week. He could get his own show on the Travel Channel.
